UK/Northern Ireland: Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail.

INTL (ASIA, CAN, EU, AUS/NZ): Our UK warehouse ships to most EU countries, Asia, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. All packages are shipped w/ tracking #'s which is why the prices are higher than we'd like. Get in touch for requests (groups purchases, collection in-person at shows etc) and to discuss alternative options.

EUROPE: All orders to European countries will now ship from the UK via Royal Mail (1st September onwards). This service almost guarantees customs charges on delivery. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay these charges. Failure to do so could result in a return (you'll need to pay for a second round of shipping or accept a refund for the items excluding shipping costs) or abandoment of your package.

The only way to avoid customs charges is to shop from our new and exclusive EU distributor: Voice of the Unheard Records (Bordeaux, France)

All key (and future) releases are now available and we have plans to top this section up with older releases and merch over time.

USA/CANADA: Orders ship via our US-based fulfilment partner 'Catbird Media' from a US location. Items in this section can only ship within the United States & Canada. This stock is also located in our store header. We can only ship South American orders to US-based forwarding companies.

Shipping within EU post-Brexit (and Covid) has been a real challenge. We hate inflated customs charges with exortbitant handling fees and have always tried to ensure that our EU customers aren't required to pay them. Our DK EU section has now sadly closed (as of 01.09.2023), but our friend Yannick @ Voice of the Unheard Records (Bordeaux, France) has acquired our EU stock. Our European customers are advised to shop there whenever possible to avoid customs charges (excludes Norway and Switzerland, you'll likely be required to pay customs charges regardless).

We're shipping mostly-worldwide from our UK warehouse again. Countries include: Australia, Canada, China, Europe (Mainland), Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, The Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzlerland & Thailand. As mentioned above--all international shipments will most likely be required to pay customs charges on delivery. There's nothing we can do about this and it is your responsibility to pay all/any charges.
